With over 15 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry, I strive to provide the best working machining programs for your individual application. I have become proficient in 3 axis vertical and 4 axis horizontal milling programs. Including 6 years experience programming KME 5th axis tomb stones. Programs can accommodate to your style of production, whether that is single or double lock vise workholding, custom fixture design for high production jobs, or just hard to hold parts. They can be customized to get the maximum yield from your machines.

Having issues with a particular part or process? Want to improve run time or overall machining strategies? I am willing to come to your shop to consult and help improve your overall output to put the most money in your pocket!
